The instant application has been filed to direct the court below to decide/conclude the trial of Criminal Case No.489 of 2022 arising out of FIR/Case Crime No.489/2020 dated 12.11.2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 354(Ga), 313 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar, pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate, Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the dispute between the parties is matrimonial in nature and both the parties have settled their dispute amicably and a written compromise dated 27.08.2022 has also entered into between them. A copy of compromise has also been filed before the court below, therefore, trial court may be directed to verify the aforesaid compromise and conclude the trial expeditiously. 4. Learned AGA has no objection. 5. In view of the above, the trial court is directed to verify the aforesaid compromise after summoning the parties and conclude the trial taking into account the aforesaid compromise expeditiously preferably within a period of one year. 6.
