It is submitted by learned State Counsel that charge-sheet has been submitted after investigation against the petitioners on 28.02.2025, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would challenge the said charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioners to challenge the charge- sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 8.
