By this application, applicants herein are seeking clarification/modification of the common judgment dated 23.12.2025 passed by this Court in a batch of Mac Appeals, the lead case being Mac App No. 122/2022. 2. For the reasons stated in the application, coupled with submission made at bar, same is allowed, paragraph 03 and 04 of the judgment dated 23.12.2025 are recast in the following manner: 03. Mac App No. 123/2022 As per report of the mediator, parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, by virtue of which, the appellant shall pay Rs. 6,65,700/- to the respondents along with interest on account of compensation as awarded by the Tribunal from the claim petition till its realization. It has further been agreed by the respondents that they shall have no objections for the refund/release of the excess amount along with interest on the excess amount in favour of the appellant. 04. Mac App No. 124/2022 As per report of the mediator, parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, by virtue of which, the appellant shall pay Rs. 5,00,000/- to the respondents along with interest on account of compensation as awarded by the Tribunal from the claim petition till its realization. It has further been agreed by the respondents that they shall have no objections for the refund/release of the excess amount along with interest on the excess amount in favour of the appellant. 3. This order shall form part of the judgment dated 23.12.2025, a copy whereof shall be placed in each file. 4. CM 766/2026 is disposed of.
