The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the registered owner of a Maruti Suzuki Brezza car bearing registration number AP 21 BT 9009. On 18.11.2024, the vehicle was seized by the 4th respondent, and a crime was registered against the petitioner's husband in Cr.
