G.C., learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that candidature of the petitioner cannot be considered, after a lapse of so many years, in the year 2025 especially when there was no interim order operative in favour of the petitioner; and when the impugned selection process is already over and no vacant seats are left. It is further submitted that the certificate which is possessed by the petitioner pertains to the state of Haryana qua the sports quota and therefore, he is even otherwise not eligible. (2 of 2) [CW-5737/2003] Mr. Rajendra Soni, learned counsel for petitioner inspite of his best efforts is not able to persuade the Court qua the eligible certificate, as the said certificate pertains to state of Haryana.
