Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Addl. PP, Assam, who submits that as per the information received from the concerned police station, a complaint was lodged against the present petitioners. However, after preliminary enquiry, the police failed in proper ground to register the FIR and directed the complainant to approach the Civil Court. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners does not have any apprehension of getting arrested in connection of any case pending before the Dispur Police Station. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
