Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Illyas Laway, GA Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 07.07.2026 Objections stand filed on behalf of the respondent in which it has been stated that the statements of the witnesses have been recorded during the investigation of the case but some of the accused are yet to be arrested, as a result of which, the investigation could not be completed. In the objections, the respondents have not stated anything that would go on to show the petitioners are not cooperating with the investigating agency. The petitioners have been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 22.12.2025 primarily on the ground that the respondents have never felt need to arrest the petitioners, though the FIR was registered about ten years back. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as indicated above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 22.12.2025 is made absolute subject to conditions contained in the said order. In case of violation of any of these conditions by the petitioners, the respondent would be at liberty to move this Court for cancellation of the bail. Disposed of as above.
