First bail application of the applicant being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 51522 of 2023 (Ankit vs. State of U.P. And 3 Others) was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2024 with following direction: "7. However, the trial court is directed to decide the trial of the case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. " 3. From perusal of order dated 13.08.2024 passed by this Court, it is apparent that trial was directed to be concluded within a period of one year but applicant has filed this second bail application before maturity of the period of one year. 4.
