The petitioner before this Court claims that the land was settled in her name in terms of Section 123 of U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act, 1950 (hereinafter called as "Act of 1950"). On the recall application moved by respondents No.5 and 6, the order passed under Section 123 of the Act of 1950 was recalled and the case was restored to its original number. Against the said order, a revision was preferred, which has been dismissed. 2. I have heard the respective counsel for the parties and perused the material on record. 3. As the matter is still engaging attention with the revenue authorities and the application moved under Section 123 of the Act of 1950 by the petitioner is pending consideration, which has to be heard and decided after hearing all the affected parties, the writ petition is disposed of requiring respondent No.3 to proceed with the matter and take a final call on the application under Section 123 of the Act of 1950 moved by the petitioner and decide the same after hearing the private respondents also, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 4. It is made clear that respondent No.3 shall not grant any adjournment to either of the parties and shall decide the same strictly on the basis of the evidence, as adduced by the parties. 5.
