Arti Vs. Ratan Singh @ Ratnesh Kumar and others), and also pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court and during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 2. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted by this Court. 3. Writ petition is misconceived and dismissed, accordingly.
