The present application under Sections 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the Charge Sheet No.01 of 2023, dated 23.8.2023, cognizance order dated 23.10.2023 and its consequential proceedings in Case Crime No.350 of 2023, u/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Puranpur, District Pilibhit pending in the court of CJM, Pilibhit as Case No.14163 of 2023 (State Vs. Santosh Kumar) and further with the prayer to stay the further proceedings of aforesaid case during the pendency of the present application. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is on bail in the present matter. He further submits that he does not press the prayers made in the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on merits and submits that liberty may be granted to the applicant to seek discharge in the present case. 5. Needless to state that if an accused-applicant claims discharge at the appropriate stage, the trial court shall consider the same in accordance with law. 6. The present application is disposed of.
