The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Basantrai P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024 (S.T. Case No.50 of 2025), for the offences registered under Sections 190/ 191(2)/ 191(3)/ 333/ 115(2)/ 126(2)/ 118(1)/ 352/ 351(2)/351(3)/109/103(1) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda. On 24.10.2024, the petitioner along with co- accused persons came to the house of the informant and started alleging that informant and her husband were police informers. The petitioner is alleged to have given lathi blow on the head of her husband, due to which he succumbed to his injury. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
