It is contended on behalf of the respondent no. 2 that the amount of ACP to which the petitioner is entitled has been disbursed to him. This fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 does not have instructions as to the manner on the basis of which the amount has been so computed. The detailed computation of the amount shall be disclosed to the petitioner by the respondent no. 2 within a period of one month. With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of.
