Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, apprised the Court that the documents appended along with the instant petition for seeking prayer therein were not found genuine and as such the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view thereof, present petition stands dismissed.
