The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction restraining the Respondents from interfering in any manner in the matrimonial life of the Petitioner and his/her spouse; 10.2. Direct the concerned authorities to provide necessary protection to the Petitioner and his/her spouse from from any coercion, threats, or undue interference by the Respondents; 10.3. Pass such further orders as may be deemed just and necessary in the interest of justice.” 3. From perusal of the record, it transpires that there is no documentary evidence to ascertain that petitioner No.2 is an adult lady. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh annexing documentary evidence to show that petitioner No.2 is an adult lady. 5.
