Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Borio (J) P.S. Case No. 305 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 607 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 392 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Sahibganj.
3. On 02.12.2022, at about 11:20 noon, the informant was waylaid by two persons and the miscreants looted Rs. 71,825/- from him.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, it was submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sahibganj in connection with Borio (J) P.S. Case No. 305 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 607 of 2024.
