Copy of the aforesaid Instructions has also been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the letter dated 07.02.2025 written by the Additional Commissioner (Self Employment), Siddharth Nagar to the Block Development Officers. 3. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
