A.No.1146 of 2025 is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to eschew the evidence given by G.Ravindran, the power agent of the plaintiff in C.S No.361 of 2013. A.No.1145 of 2025 is filed to reopen the evidence of the plaintiff in C.S No.361 of 2013 which was closed on 03.03.2021. A.No.1147 of 2025 is filed to permit the applicant/plaintiff to give evidence afresh in C.S No.361 of 2013. 2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing these three applications. 3.
