Lingwal, Advocate for respondent nos. 2 & 3. 4. Petitioners were engaged on contract through outsourcing agency in G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, for discharging duties against a Group-D post for the last several years. By means of this writ petition, they have sought the following relief:- “i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to treat the entire services of the petitioners as daily wager with effect from their initial date of appointment and consequently consider their claim for regularization on the post occupied by them or on any other equivalent posts w.e.f. the date of their initial engagement and pay them all consequential benefits.” 5. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that similar issue was dealt with by this Court in WPSS No. 1488 of 2025, therefore, this writ petition be also 2025:UHC:8676 decided in terms of the said judgment. 6. Mr. S.S. Lingwal, learned counsel appearing for the University submits that he has no objection, if the writ petition is decided in terms of the prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is decided in terms of the order dated 10.09.2025 passed in WPSS No. 1488 of 2025. Petitioners shall be at liberty to make representation(s) for their regularisation within two weeks. If petitioners make such representation(s), the competent authority shall look into the matter and if petitioners are found eligible for regularisation, then their claim shall be referred to the Regularisation Committee. This entire exercise shall be completed within four months. 8. Let a certified copy of this order be issued within twenty four hours.
