Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the grievance of the petitioners is that at the instance of the unofficial respondents, the police are calling the petitioners to the police station instead of giving 41-A Cr.P.C., notice to the petitioner. Learned counsel would further submit that it is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes and the police are further directed to follow the due process of law. No order as to costs.
