Petitioners are constrained to approach this Court since according to them their representation for settlement of arrears of salary is pending before District Inspector of Schools, Kasganj. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, even considering that claim of petitioners is from July, 1991 to April, 2000 still the Court of the opinion that their claim has to decide by District Inspector of Schools. Therefore, without going into merit of case, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that claim of petitioners be decided by concerned State-Respondents in accordance with law expeditiously.
