A perusal of the copy of the document appended with the application shows that the applicant has attained the age of majority. After hearing learned counsel for applicant, the application is allowed and mother of applicant is discharged as guardian of applicant and he is permitted to pursue his case in his own capacity. CMP No. 10016 of 2025 This is a disposed of matter. By way of this application filed under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, a prayer has been made by applicant/appellant No.3, for release of the amount. Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed and the amount falling to the share of the applicant, along-with up-to-date interest, if any, is directed to be released in his favour. The amount be remitted directly into the bank account as per particulars annexed with the application. Application stands disposed of.
