This writ petition was filed questioning the proceedings of the 4th respondent vide Roc.No.178/2020/A, dated 31.01.2020 served during the 2nd week of February, 2020 for resuming the land from the petitioner admeasuring Ac.0.26 cents situated in Sy.No.503/4, Mandapaka Village, Tanuku Mandal, West Godavari District. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 31.01.2020 the identified assigned lands were resumed for the purpose of house sites under the Welfare Scheme of the State, questioning the same, this writ petition was filed. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions from the 4th respondent dated 19.08.2025 submits that an alternative land was acquired for providing house sites to the people of weaker sections of Mandapaka Village, Tanuku Mandal, West Godavari District vide proceedings of the Land Acquisition Officer and Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovvur for an extent of Ac.2.0575 cents in R.S.Nos.355/1 etc., of Mandapaka Village of Tanuku Mandal, West Godavari District dated 16.06.2020. At present there is no need to acquire the writ 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.7728 of 2020 petitioner’s land for an extent of Ac.0.26 cents covered in Sy.No.503/4 of Mandapaka Village, Tanuku Mandal, West Godavari District. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and upon specific instructions received from the 4th respondent dated 19.08.2025, recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 31.01.2020. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 19.08.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
