Impugned order dated 02.12.2024 passed by District Inspector of Schools, Banda is modified to the extent that relieving order dated 02.12.2024 is kept in abeyance for a period of three weeks from today. Meanwhile, District Inspector of Schools, Banda will pass a fresh order taking note of entire facts of case and if required Respondent-6 may also be heard alongwith petitioner, i.e., Committee of Management, Saraswati Inter College, Atarra, Banda. 3. This order is passed since facts as submitted by learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel appearing for Respondent-6 are not even reflected in impugned order. Impugned order is passed in very haste manner since representation was filed on 02.12.2024 and within few hours, on same day, impugned order was passed. Such a haste is not required. 4.
