JUSTICE SHAHZAD AZEEM, JUDGE ORDER 16.12.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time submits that the majority of the witnesses have been recorded and in case the trial is concluded within a time frame he shall be satisfied. In this view of the matter the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court. The statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for.
