Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 3086 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jamtara. 3. Petitioner happens to be the bhaisur of the deceased namely Punam Murmu who died within seven years of her marriage, due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. Marks of abrasions were also found on the dead body of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that police have recorded the statement of the witness Rusilal Murmu under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S. in which he has stated that the petitioner alongwith his family resides in different house. 5. Mr. Rajneesh Vardhan, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamtara in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
