P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. This application is filed praying for extension of time for appearing before the investigating officer in terms of the order dated 11.04.2025 passed by this Court in AB Case No.869/2025. It is submitted by Ms. Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner that an interim order was passed on 11.04.2025. However, due to the Bihu Vacation, the certified copy could not be obtained, and as a result, the petitioner was not in a position to appear before the I.O in pursuance of the said order. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I find it appropriate to allow this interlocutory application. Accordingly, the petitioner is hereby granted an extension of 7(seven) days from today for her appearance before the IO with same terms and conditions as directed vide order dated 11.04.2025.
