This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below i.e. Additional Session Judge, Court no. 6, Gorakhpur to decide the Case No. 1022 of 2023 (State Vs. Mo. Shaleem and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 219 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Sahjanwa, District- Gorakhpur, expeditiously, preferably within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is informant. After submission of the charge-sheet, charge has been framed and three fact witnesses have been examined and cross examination of fourth fact witness is going on. 4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
