JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER 25.11.2025 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that, vide impugned order dated October 18, 2025, the learned writ Court, while staying the order of cancellation of allotment had afforded four weeks’ time to the respondents to clear all pending dues with interest @ 18% per annum with effect from October 16, 2008 to September 30, 2025. He submits that although the order is apparently erroneous, but the respondents have failed to deposit the requisite amount even in terms thereof. And the period specified for this purpose has elapsed. Be that as it may, he submits the appeal be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, the appellants, if so advised, would assail the subsequent order passed by the writ Court on November 18, 2025 in appropriate proceedings. As prayed, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
