SHAIK KHAJA BASHA The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.7. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Sajjad-E-Nashee of the Syed Abdal Hussaini Darga, Basinikonda, 2 Madanapalle. It is submitted that the respondent No.7 has filed O.S.No.591 of 2019 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, seeking injunction against the petitioner and the suit is pending disposal. It is submitted that on 18.01.2025 at about 09:00 P.M., the 7th respondent along with the other unofficial respondents have trespassed into the Darga with deadly weapons and disconnected the power supply and created a scene and that they have also caused loss to the tune of Rs.10,00,000/- to the sanctity and sanctum of the Darga. On the said incident, the petitioner has filed a complaint on 18.01.2025 and the 4th respondent did not taken any action. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking police protection and to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.7 to 15 and further direction to respondent Nos.2 to 6 and their subordinate officers not to interfere with the administration of the Darga. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, the police have conducted preliminary enquiry and have also deployed one Sub-Inspector, one Constable for ensuring peace and that apart it was revealed in enquiry that no theft was occurred in the said Darga and the contents of the petitioner are far away from truth. 5. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.7 submits that the 7th respondent has submitted a representation to the A.P. State Wakf board requesting for protecting the darga and on the said representation to the Wakf 3 board, the police have extended the police protection for conducting annual Urus festival from 19.01.2025 to 21.01.2025. 6. Considering the submissions, the 4th respondent shall forward the copy of the preliminary enquiry to the representation to the petitioner as well as to the 7th respondent to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum 7. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
