Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the appellant submits that as the society in question has already been dissolved on 27.06.2025, the question of law settled by the learned Single Judge may be kept open as the appeal is not being decided on merits and the same be allowed to be taken by the appellant in case, the appellant decides to challenge the order dated 27.06.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection for the grant of prayer as raised in the present appeal. 4. Keeping in view the above, the present appeal is disposed of as having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellant to challenge the order dated 27.06.2025. 5. It is made clear that in case, the order dated 27.06.2025 is challenged, the competent court of law considering the said issue, will decide the same keeping in view the evidence brought on record independently without being influenced by the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 05.12.2024 eitherway. 4.
