Dhar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Notification dated 18.09.2024 issued by the Government of Assam whereby the cases for compassionate appointment were not to be considered any further after the issuance of the notification has not been put to challenge in the present proceeding. He therefore seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and file afresh assailing the said notification. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal with liberty.
