Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the relief sought by the applicant. 4. Considering the submissions made across the bar, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings in terms contained under sub section 3 of section 143 of N.I. Act after hearing the respective parties with most expedition without granting unnecessary adjournment that too not beyond a period of 10 days at a stretch subject to legal impediment. 5.
