GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION (AP) The Court made the following order: Challenging the proceedings of the respondent No.3 in issuing land acquisition notification in Form NO.VIA in reference A/960/2020 dated 03.03.2020 to acquire the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.26.00 cents in Sy.No.453 of Kadiyapulanka Village, Kadiam Mandal, East Godavari, ofr providing the house sites to wearker section under Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme, this writ petition is filed. 2. Heard learned counsel representing M/s.Bharadwaj Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the Land Acquisition. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the RDO, Rajamahendravaram, dated 20.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reveal that, the petition schedule lands proposed to acquire through the notification vide A/960/2020 dated 03.03.2020 is no more required as alternate land was acquired and hence the proposals are dropped. 4. In view of the above, no further directions are required to be passed. 5. The written instructions of the RDO, Rajamahendravaram, dated 20.02.2025 are placed on record. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
