Writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- "It is therefore, Most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 4 for proper enquiry against the Village Pradhan and officials involved in corrupt practice of bungling the fund allotted to Gram Panchayat Parasdeeh, Block Gaur, District Basti and initiate action under Rule 3, 4, 5 of U.P. Panchayatraj ( Removal of Pradhan, Up Pradhan & members) Rules 1997. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in teh nature of mandamus directing the District Magistrate respondent no.4 to seize the financial power of Village Pradhan of Village Parasdeeh, Blocki Gaur, District Basti in the interest of justice. III. Issue any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2. Learned Standing Counsel on his instructions submits that the show cause notice has been issued to the Gram Pradhan under Section 95(1)(g) on 24.01.2024. A copy of the aforesaid order has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner today by learned Standing Counsel. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the inquiry proceedings. 4.
