Case No. 187 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 307 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur. On 19.08.2023, petitioner is alleged to have hacked three children by Sickle, due to which they succumbed to their injuries.
