It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that W.P. (C) No.3486 of 2017 stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 15.02.2024 passed by this Court to file the proof of deposit of Rs.1,000/- by the petitioner with the Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JHALSA). It is next submitted that by mistake of mind, the said proof of deposit of Rs.1,000/- by the petitioner with the Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JHALSA) could not be filed within the stipulated time; which resulted in dismissal of the said W.P. It is next submitted that non-compliance of the said peremptory order dated 15.02.2024 was neither deliberate nor intentional.
