Mr. Piyush Tiwari, Advocate for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner has alleged disobedience of order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1017 of 2025. In the said order, following observation is made:- “Earlier the petitioner was required to deposit Rs.1,06,637/- with the department and that was part of the order dated 25.07.2023 of the respondent no.2. But, it appears that the petitioner has not deposited the said amount, therefore, the petitioner was charged for not depositing the amount, as was directed by the respondent no.2. In addition to it, there is another charge with regard to various other amounts, which were due. Therefore, it cannot be said that for the same charge, another charge-sheet has been served. There is no reason to stay the operation of the impugned charge- sheet dated 03.06.2025. In so far as the salary is concerned, the petitioner, in fact, is entitled to get the salary for the period, for which, he has worked.” 3. According to petitioner, the aforesaid observation, made in last sentence of the aforesaid paragraph has been disobeyed. However, the paragraph in which the aforesaid observation has been made, if read in totality, does not support the version of the petitioner. In fact, the prayer for interim relief was rejected on the ground that he did not deposit the money he was required to deposit with the competent authority. Thus the aforesaid observation is only a passing remark and not a positive direction to the authorities to release his salary 4. Thus, this is not a case of wilful disobedience.
