Learned counsel for the appellant-Institution submits that, in a related case, involving a similarly situated person (Differently Abled Person), this Bench had directed the Institution to approach the matter in a considerate manner, and the appellant-Institution had abided by the suggestions of the Court, and that Special Appeal No. 217/2025 came to be disposed of on 03.09.2025, recording the compliance of the directions of the learned Single Judge. 2. In the instant case also, the learned counsel for the appellant-Institution submits that the appellant-Institution, taking a cue from the earlier proceedings, has dealt with the instant respondent also similarly, and complied with the 1 2025:UHC:8320-DB interim directions issued by the learned Single Judge, and which is impugned in the instant Special Appeal. 3. The submission of the learned counsel is placed on record. The compliance proceedings dated 16.09.2025 are taken on record. 4. Hence the instant Special Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
