The present application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking correction of the FIR No. recorded in order dated 3rd February, 2025, whereby the present petition was allowed and the subject FIR was quashed. The Petitioner points out that due to illegible copy of the FIR available with them, the FIR number in the pleadings was inadvertently mentioned as FIR No. 0078/2022 instead of FIR No. 0978/2022. 2. Considering the same, the Court directed the State to verify the aforenoted fact, which has been duly confirmed by Mr. Anand V. Khatri, ASC for the State. In view of the foregoing, the present petition is allowed and FIR No. 0978/2022 registered at Police Station Bhalswa Dairy for offences punishable under Sections 287/304A of IPC and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.” 4.
