This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue writ, order nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the revision alongwith stay application filed by the petitioners being revision No.907/2024 (Computer case No.202405000000907 (Sanjay Patel and others Kusum Devi and others) under section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before him, within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From perusal of the record, it is apparent that the stay application along with above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned stay application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks and the above-mentioned revision itself may be decided within six months thereafter from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
