Para No.6 of the order dated 10.09.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.24712 of 20205 reads as follows:- “6. Accordingly, the each petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Advocates Clerks Welfare Association, Coimbatore, and on such deposit, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, in which one surety must be a blood surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore;” 3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and the wife of the petitioner shall stand as a surety instead of blood surety. 5.
