Also heard Ms. S. H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. Page No.# 3/3 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that by order dated 26.04.2024, the petitioners were allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the Investigating Officer. 3. On the other hand, Ms. S. H. Bora, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent has produced the case diary of Bogribari Police Station Case No. 35/2024 and has submitted that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements under Section 181 of the BNS, 2023 have already been recorded. 4. She, however, submits that one of the victim has sustained grievous injuries. 5. I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel for both the sides. 6. Though, there are some incriminating material against the petitioners in the case diary, however, as they have complied with the directions of this Court and have co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 26.04.2024, is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 2 and 3 attached to the said order remaining intact. 7. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is made absolute. 8. Send back the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
