This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners are aggrieved by the impugned order dated July 16, 2024 passed by respondent no.3 being Tehsildar of the Tehsil- Maunath Bhanjan, District- Mau. 3. Upon perusal of the said order it is clear that no reason has been specified for passing the impugned order. 4. In view of above, the order impugned dated July 16, 2024 is quashed and set aside. 5. In light of the same, the respondent no.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil- Maunath Bhanjan, District- Mau once again is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from date. 6.
