Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral): Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWPOA No.6268 of 2020 (Sanjeev Kumar us. State of H.P. & Ors.) decided on 06.09.2024 along with connected matters. He submits that in view of similarity of the case of the petitioner with the aforesaid decided matter, the respondents be directed to consider and decide the case of petitioner in light of aforesaid judgment. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 2. On the other hand, learned State counsel has submitted that a review petition has been filed in CWPOA No.6268 of 2020, however, till date there is no stay on the operation of judgment sought to be reviewed. That being so, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in Sanjeev Kumar (supra) within eight weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order. Copy of the order shall be communicated to the petitioner and it shall be open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law, in case, he still remains dissatisfied with the action of the respondents.
