Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pant Nagar, who passed away in the year 2021. Since petitioner is not gainfully employed anywhere, therefore she has approached this Court, seeking the following reliefs: “i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent University to engage the petitioner through outsourcing agency in place of her late husband, who died during the course of an employment, while in his service. ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider an application dated 17.08.2025, addressed to the respondent University for suitable employment (Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition).” 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation to respondent No. 2. Although, the representation made by petitioner is enclosed with the writ petition, however, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make fresh representation. 2025:UHC:8018 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make fresh representation within ten days from today. If she makes such representation, respondent No. 2 shall consider her prayer and take appropriate decision as per law, within four weeks thereafter.
