The trial court directed the respondent to pay maintenance of ₹12,000/- per month to the present petitioner. 3. This application has been filed by the petitioner stating that the said amount of ₹12,000/- is not sufficient and it should be enhanced. 4. There were provisions in the law itself for enhancement of the maintenance allowance. Therefore, the petitioner should approach the trial court for seeking relief. 5.
