This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Mirzapur in considering the application of the petitioner dated December 12, 2022. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Mirzapur should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application of the petitioner dated December 12, 2022. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Mirzapur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application of the petitioner dated December, 12, 2022 within a period of three months from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
