Today, 08.10.2025, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that enquiry is pending against the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of eight weeks from today. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
