Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Hemant Sharma, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the Case No. 1130 of 2024 (Smt. Sonika Sharma Vs. Rahul Sharma), under Section 144 BNSS, Police Station Kotwali, District Bulandshahar pending in the court of Principal Judge Family Court, Bulandshahar to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is husband of opposite party no.2 and he filed instant transfer application under Section 447 of BNSS to transfer the proceedings of the case from the court of Principal Judge Family Court, Bulandshahar to District Court Ghaziabad but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are having no objection. 5. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for applicant, the instant transfer application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
